      Not all the challenges are technical... The pace can change quickly and with muddled direction from management. Salary not on par with the industry.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
