Pros
1. Flexibility - Very relaxed working culture emphasis 2. Benefits - Wide range of benefits compared to MNCs nearby 3. Culture - I don't think you'd find a working culture as good as this anywhere else in the entire Northern region of Malaysia 4. Management - Fair and with a sense of humour
Cons
Compensation is slightly below industry average but more than made up for in terms of benefits, flexibility and work culture. Trade off is worth it imo.
