      Great company to work for. Good pay and bonus. Nice office. Opportunities to travel. Good benefits - Health Insurance, Share purchase programs, WFH, onsite GYM and fitness classes, social programs

      Cons

      Dealing with multiple times zones can mean delayed responses from colleagues, taking meetings at inconvenient times

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
