-software teams the worst -the worst management i've ever seen. lifers who don't know about any of the latest tech innovations run everything, and only hire D and F level management -nvidia shows how it can be done, but AMD management is more worried about resting and vesting -less than zero innovation -top software engineers literally know nothing about modern software best practices or how to build anything -mostly hire jr, clueless software who don't know better on how to really build things, and management railroads their careers so they are unable to leave with any viable skills.
