      Managers are empathetic. work is interesting in the beginnings

      Cons

      Politics from teammates, especially people who are with AMD for many years. They gatekeep information and refuse to share which is quite crucial when working with SoC level programs. Work per person is often underestimated.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
