      It pays the bills, just

      Cons

      No extra staff over Christmas. The other supermarkets need thousands but Asda needs zero. Either they expect people to shop else where or us to perform more for no extra benefit. A plan to have burnt out broken staff off sick in Jan/Feb to help with wage saving?
