Very poor management Bully from Management occurring over the last year New Contracts more like Slave Contracts Management taking on their own family members Poor chairs at check outs and petrol deparment Lack of support Very young management team No one to speak to if a major problem occurs till after the event unfolds where you will get the blame. Stay away from Asda Small Heath. Asda as a company is heading one way only and that's downhill.
