Pros
Lots of hours available. Can work across a range of departments. Can have friendly staff. Good wages. Nice shift patterns. Pay and a half on bank holidays.
Cons
Management aren’t properly trained. Section leaders are normal shop floor assistants for 10 minutes and then managers the next. HR is full of unqualified people on a power trip and if you get on the wrong side of them you will know it. Managers will tell lies to students and young people to get them to work hours that other people wouldn’t.
