      Pros

      Regular breaks, everyone is on the same wage if you are just a general colleague, managers are paid more.

      Cons

      Self-scan is a pet hate of most colleagues and I didnt feel it was evenly shared amongst staff. Usually the youngest are left to oversee it which can be extremely stressful at times
