Pros

Good team too work with , the staff are very hard working.

Cons

You get an extra £1 too be a section leader but at my interview they never said I would be covering the managers holidays or sickness and they are on 35 k plus doing your own job. It's fast paced you work with the staff either helping or doing a section..it was just not for me. A night-shift rate should start when you do and end when you do not 12 till 5 that in its self is very wrong in my opinion,no double time for bank Holidays, I worked four through Christmas and got my normal rate, little white lie at my interview.in day shift huddle the management need too stop slagging night shift off amount what they haven't achieved why not have all mgrs do nights and days that way they have a better understanding of what goes on, it might improve relations with both shifts and team work, make sure guns and printers are available at the start of the shift, the amount of missing tickets was awful.
