Management is a nightmare. All the good managers left in 2021 and since then, the company has kept hiring managers and section leaders who have no idea what they're doing. Certain staff members including myself seem to carry the team whilst you've got staff who get paid the same rate who can turn a 20 minute job into an hour and a half.
