Everyones friendly, section leaders and management help out with task, opportunities to move up in the company. Provide good amount of training so that you are able to complete job to a good standard.
Cons
At times be understaffed and overworked. Pressure on all departments to support checkouts, which leaves some tasks undone, however at times you are expected to complete all your old task and spends 50% of your shift on checkouts.
