Pros
Hours are there if you want them. Colleagues are mostly nice to be around. Busy environment which is nice as there's always something going on.
Cons
You are just a number needed in the system to keep it running. Management and supervisors don't seem to care about you other than that you get the job done - never been thanked for doing a good job.
