*Poor and outdated management. *Lack of professionalism and poor communication towards employees. *Poor culture that demotivate employee. *Working after regular hours, no workflow, no proper guidance, no process. *Employee will be called in the middle of night for any issues even management knows its after working hours. *No direction and keep changing the title without any notice or formal letter. *Employee only need to listen to their unprofessionalisms advice/suggestions, they will not listen to employee's feedback for improvement.
