High paying entry level job with no experience within the field needed. Clothing allotment every season. Room for quick advancement within company. Fair benefits package.
Cons
Constantly changing expectations. Extreme micromanagement with nearly every customer interaction. Rigid seniority based scheduling that makes it difficult for spontaneous adaptation. A "coaching" structure that allows managers to document performance or sales behaviours interchangeably. "Coachings" accumulate quickly in a negative way providing a paper trail that can quickly lead to termination.
