Pros
Pay wasn’t bad, great benefits! Always exposed to new and exciting technologies, mostly good people to work with. Always something to learn, took away a lot of knowledge from this place.
Cons
Super high pressure to hit very difficult sales goals, managers try to get you to do shady things and deny it when they’re caught, union is useless, many customers are rude and complain about anything and everything, surveys suck- your customer might love you but hate AT&T and the survey asks about AT&T but you’re held responsible for things that are out of your control that AT&T does (like pricing, etc).
