Unbalanced workload: two or three operators carry the workload of the shift and theres no repercussions for it from management. Promotions are achieved by knowing the right people, outside of work friends and who'll go drinking with bosses on a Friday nigh B Managers unfit for the job being promoted and sitting in an office putting pressure on operators to get the numbers.
