      Pros

      Good and diverse people to work with and really good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      People working in silos with no real cross-functional collaboration. Burnouts felt in IT with a high turnover rate. Only a handful of people making key decisions across the board. Remnants of the old company culture still felt. Slow to progress with no desire to grow and look at things from an end to end standpoint. Technology and automation aren't prioritized; just profits. Directors don't know what they are doing.

      Competitive compensation and benefits package. Talented employees and opportunities to gain experience in a highly regulated industry.

      Cons

      Internal hiring practices can appear inconsistent, with some positions filled without providing adequate opportunity for qualified internal candidates to apply. Concerns raised through HR may not always be handled constructively. Pressure to accelerate investigations can create challenges for maintaining quality and compliance standards. Employee concerns regarding compliance issues are not always thoroughly addressed.
