Dynamic environment often allows for great on-the-job learning opportunities. Great people Decent pay and benefits
Cons
Limited advancement - Like many companies advancement is based greatly on who you know. A major issue is management doesn't change much so the same people are promoted or given developmental opportunities. Not much diversity in leadership ranks Still working out the kinks from the split from Abbott (systems, processes, etc.) which caused a lot of busy work and doesn't always allow time for analysis. I would recommend Abbvie to a friend but not in the Finance function.
