      Good benefits, decent pay, ok culture

      IT has twisted the hybrid work program, telling employees they have to "make up" days if they need to flex and be remote for a day. Not enforced across but only in pockets of hateful, petty, managers. Worst execution of hybrid plan ever. Lies about allowing flexibility, in certain pockets there is none. Awful leadership in IT Ops.

      When I was hired by AbbVie I sold my home and relocated to comply with their mandatory office days. A week after I sold my home they did a reorganization of my department. My hiring manager was forced to retire, my mentor was moved to another team and the work stopped coming in. I was laid off shortly after. I’m now experiencing housing instability. Thanks AbbVie!
