They often prioritize their own success, reputation, and personal gain, all others are tools to advance the manager's agenda. Offers empty gestures but their actions reveal their true intentions. They enforce rules selectively, punishing some while turning a blind eye to their favored few. Those favored few abused this entitlement, and communicate aggressively and condescendingly. Quick to criticize and belittle others, backstabbed and spread false rumors about those who are not pliant toward them tarnishing colleagues' reputations and showing a lack of empathy. Their presence will likely hinder both personal and professional growth.
