Mostly lots of politicians in either middle or top level management who say 100 words with not real substance. Fakeness in positivity is rewarded rather than skill and strong deliverables. For example, we had a leader of peeps on our team who didn't know the business and another leader of peeps who never held requisitions. Like these people are pure idiots, sorry not sorry!
