Great People - The majority of people at Accenture are very motivated, smart, friendly people Interesting Clients - Every project has its own challenges. The opportunity to help resolve these issues should not be taken for granted. Never a dull day - Today is not Yesterday; and Tomorrow will not be Today. The difficult times are definitely more memorable than the easy times. Decent Pay - Accenture won't make you rich. The salaries are definitely just average.
Cons
Long Hours - For five years now I've struggled with the work/life balance. The company is definitely more inclined to the work side of the balancde. Interesting Clients - Some times the clients don't make life easy. The bright side is every project has to end so you won't waste a career at a mediocre client. Mediocre Benefits - Again like salary, the benefits are touted as "on par" with the industry. If Accenture is a leader in the industry why don't we exceed the industry in salary and benefits as well.
