Pros

I can learn some profitable skill set from Accenture which makes me more marketable if I choose to leave Accenture. Besides, I can always travel if the out of town project picks me, which means I can earn mileage, hotel points, and per diem. By the way, the training policy is really strict. Let's say if you are SAP analyst, you won't get SAP training until you are staffed in a SAP project. However, let's flip to the other side of the coin, you won't staff a SAP analyst if he/she never receives training from the vendor. Right? I go for some skill set that gives me free training so that I can build up my skill set.

Cons

They always promote folks who are not qualified to be mid or senior management. By the way, they don't give laptop to Solution Workforce resources. Please don't join ATS.

Pros

Allowed me to be an entrepreneur and be part of creating new intellectual capital. Supported my disability without question. Provided training in new technology.

Cons

Your career is built on you finding clients to bill your time against. In some cases, it may take longer than 30 days to locate the right opportunity.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
