Pros
Tremendous breadth of experience and very professional. So many career paths and possibilities, especially if you are patient (but not too patient) and speak up for what you want to do!
Cons
Finding your place in such a large organization can be difficult. Because there are so many people and career opportunities, it's just as likely that you end up on a great project you love with leaders who care about you as it is that you end up doing work you don't like with leaders who are so dedicated to their clients that they let their employees suffer.
