Pros

Very informal environment, and there are no such issues which come with hierarchy. Seniors are very friendly and approachable. The work culture is open to flexi timing which makes it very easy for women who are taking care of families.

Cons

The 10 hour thing was a hindrance, which led to a lot of manipulation in the timesheets. Re-hire is not happening at all. I have been trying to return to Acc for the past one year, and have re-applied more than ten times. No reasons are also provided to me. One more thing which I hear these days - New joinees when they hit the floor, when introduced to seniors of the team, they are asked what their Bands are, and not their name. This is a very bad practice and can lead a very degrading distinction among team members. This kinda culture MUST BE changed in the ALS CDC team.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
