Pros
It is a nice place to work. Big offices and nice environments. People are all friendly and amenities like gym and kitchen areas at many places in one floor itself. People are not too demanding. But I guess it depends from team to team.
Cons
More of instructional kind of environment. Innovative ideas are not welcomed. But as it is a big shot in industry it has processes and procedures going on with it rather than mere concerns about people and teams.
