The company is perfect for any level of candidates but Citi Bank project (Gurgaon & Chennai) is hell.
Cons
Citi bank project - Management was worst Managers don't know how to handle their employees You will be treated as robot and you have to give 13 hours a day + saturday and sunday(13 hours) Project has 19s computers with no technology. No parties, no incentives,no appreciation, no growth; no promotion unless you have contacts of higher authorities. I lost my 7 kgs weight within 1.5 months due to depression
