Pros
There is nothing to recommend this organisation. The pay is OK by industry standards but you won't last long enough to collect much of it.
Cons
A culture of lies and workplace bullying. It is common to see people persecuted and ultimately fired by their managers simply inventing lies about them, their performance and their conduct. If your face doesn't fit, you'll be out within a few weeks or months. Having a face that fits is tricky to do - but you'll need to be "one of the boys" to even stand a chance. It's noticeable how female and disabled people are particularly singled out for abuse. Even if you survive that, you'll struggle to deliver since you'll be on a team heavily loaded with graduates. All the experienced talent has long since been driven out or walked away. Leaders are a lazy self satisfied clique who turn a blind eye to all this. Expect them to never speak to you but speak only to their mates who will "represent" you (see above). Expect to be heavily gaslighted, with the organisation full of lip service to inclusion, fairness, employee support and diversity in public whilst gleefully pursuing the aforementioned vindictiveness in private. It's an object lesson in how a successful organisation has gone first complacent, then toxic. It only took a few short years.
