Pros
Seniors and collogues are helpful, lots of learning opportunity. Deep knowledge can be attained in one vertical. Certifications and expertise can be earned in technologies for free. workdays are : 5 Days [Monday to Friday] Occasional gifts from clients and heads based on team performance
Cons
Long work hours, ideally its 9 hours but you need to work for on an average 12 hours a day. Notice period is Mandatory to serve which is 90 days if you are Full time employee. Very few National holidays and festivals of North India is not considered as holidays. Work life balance is not good. If your work is your life and you love doing it then its good otherwise not.
