Be prepared to be micromanaged to the T and work long hours into the night, or be super independent, Team morale is rock bottom unfortunately. Directors are upset with internal engagement but don't make enough of an effort to engage with team members. External hiring continues while internal employees have clear promotion timelines. Churn rate is high as many junior members have quit as a result.
