Pros
- has an established process for almost everything - opportunity to work abroad with higher salary range - many offices
Cons
- minimum 9 hours / day work + O.T.Y. (unpaid overtime) - most projects will ask you to render work on weekends/holidays but will not pay overtime/holiday premiums. You'll only be asked to offset it to a regular day (if you're lucky) because most likely you'll never have a chance to take an offset since your project is always catching up on its milestones.
