Pros
I've been working in Accenture for over 4 years now. Although I've never worked in any other organization, but based on the feedback I've received from my classmates and teammates who have worked in the other leading IT/ITES organization (s): Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech M, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and HCL, I can tell the overall organization policies of Accenture are better than others for sure. Specifically, the work-life balance and the flexibility one gets in Accenture are far better than others. Definitely on a low-level, it would vary from person to person depending on the project one is tagged, the supervisor/People Lead to whom he/she reports, rapport within the team and most importantly, the performance of the individual since Accenture is a performance-centric organization.
Cons
Promotion and hikes varies from project to project and are not at all transparent.
