A strong focus on doing the right thing for clients, with high standards and pride in the work. I have seen positive steps around workload and pressure, with more openness about capacity, better prioritisation, and clearer expectations. Good communication across the business and a leadership team that is approachable. If you raise something early, it is taken seriously, and you feel listened to.

There really aren't any. When you join Add People, you truly join a family. If I were pushed, I'd say it can be fast-paced at times, but that comes with the territory of one of the largest SME focused agencies in the country, and I have found the support is there whenever I have needed it.
