Pros
Was here for nearly 2 years and enjoyed my time here. Made lots of friends that I'm still in touch with, but more importantly, gained a wealth of experience which was helped by supportive account managers and colleagues that were always willing to lend a hand. The Christmas socials were fun, you get to work with diverse clients - in short, you can learn a lot here and have a great time, too.
Cons
Salary was just not competitive enough. Everyone is well aware of how much they're being low-balled by the company. You have to jump through so many hoops to get pay rises which negatively affects morale. When COVID-19 hit and remote work started, account managers seemed to think that we magically had more time on our hands since we were working from home (hint: no, we didn't.) Minimal support for those struggling with workloads, therefore extra hours would have to be worked and I often found myself working through the evening. Heard people were also working on their annual leave days just to catch up on high volumes of work! Not everyone is built to be a manager, so it seems the only route to progression here is reaching a manager level which I wasn't too interested in.
