-Room for career movement and growth -Fair pay and benefits -Genuinely cares for employees and their safety (especially shown during COVID-19). To elaborate, during the COVID shutdown, Align took a no-layoff pledge. Buildings were closed but employees were set up to work from home. There were continual companywide check-ins from our CEO and higher management to offer peace of mind that they had no intention to perform layoffs. They encouraged us to spend time with our family and were flexible with the new at-home quarantine arrangements as schools got cancelled. Employee safety has been a top concern of Align during these unique times. As PPE became available, and as Align produced their own, PPE packages were mailed to each employee. I work remote, very rarely do I need to visit an office in person. But in the slight event I need to, Align has set me up to be prepared and safe. There is integrity with Align Technology unlike anything I've experienced with past employers.
