A very toxic place to work Awful management Very ‘clicky’ - people are promoted based off managers favourites rather than people who have the skillset Things told in confidence to managers are not kept private - very unprofessional Redundancies made every year Micromanagement Lots of employees suffering from mental health, stress and burn out due to the work load and toxic environment Constant changes and no training / support - your just expected to get on with it if you speak up your treated badly Constant turn over of staff Unrealistic targets Certain employees are ‘untouchable’ even through their behaviour is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate The list could go on and on…….. I wouldn’t recommend working here to my worst enemy
