Pros

Good benefits , Pension , Health insurance , hybrid work

Cons

Unreachable targets set by someone that has probably never processed any claims in their life , way over 30-40% of what a human being can accomplish in a work shift- no training provided by company as they promised -only a training portal that does not deliver any practical help- a buddy will be assigned to you but the buddy will be soon gone- no support provided in the team as people are stressed over ridiculous targets - they expect you to process an invoice ( many with 20-30 pages ) in a few minutes - what's more- systems NEVER work properly and you are asked to process tasks you never received training for.- staff are treated you like robots. You are not allowed to take holidays whenever you want - you will have to pick what's left even if that does not suit your personal life- no time to take a break at all since most of the days you receive very time - consuming tasks that no one will help you with. There is no team spirit and people look very depressed and burnt out- there is been a huge turn over and people are leaving leading this to more unnecessary stress for the ones remaining. Salary: extremely low for the average market - they require for you to use several languages still they don't pay any extra as they used to - there is no transparency is salaries and new starters are paying peanuts - of course they will eventually be gone. All in all an very low salary for a very stressful job.- they promise they would rise it due to inflation but they only gave very small % more ! Training is very short and once you are on the floor you are on your own: they never support you as they have no staff. Systems : very outdated - they are not user friendly and crash all the time- this takes a lot of time of your day but they will not care ! All in all a very bad company to work for- managers will people are treated like robots and sent reports to push them even harder

Pros

Good benefits, hybrid work arrangement is flexible (you can choose your 3 days in office)

Cons

Tenure and friendship is valued more than actual skillsets. Many people in Ops have no formal college education or true technical skills, and have been complacent in the dept for 10+ years. This leads to inefficient and stale processes that are reluctant to change. The culture is extremely passive aggressive and long-tenured employees are not welcoming to new hires from outside of the organization. People will go out of their way to sabotage opportunities for those offering new perspectives with greater value add. This causes forced interactions with low value collaboration. Many in analytical roles do not even understand basic Microsoft Office skills, Excel functions, V/XLOOKUPS, etc. and data is often reviewed manually per line item… This company is run like a low budget mom and pop shop where inefficient and backwards practices are toxically in circulation.
