Worked in the voice process for Australian client . Worst management team , if being blunt about it . Scheduled breaks of 15 min , 30 min and another 15 min (total 1hr). If we get a call before the scheduled breaks starts we cant go for the break afterwards , and we will miss our break not only that it will affect our adherence score , which the manager would be blaming on us in every meeting. Toxic MICRO Management. Would be fighting with our own colleagues to book leaves as only one team member can leave in a day. Early morning shift at 3 and have to be in the slowest systems by 2:30 to login and open all the application to go live by 3 exactly and cant even miss ONE MINUTE. Office politics at its peak. Even after working for 1 year where you would be able to apply for other job positions internally , management wont let you go for non voice process as they would be stating that you are such a good VOICE RESOURCE. Worst management team for the Australian motor insurance service team (not sales team).
