Despite delivering on my responsibilities, my year-end rating did not accurately reflect my contributions. The process lacked objectivity and appeared to be influenced more by managerial bias and internal politics than by measurable outcomes or actual performance. Feedback throughout the year was either vague or insufficient, making it difficult to course-correct, and concerns raised were not meaningfully addressed.
