      Pros

      Good technical work. Many new projects are coming to Bangalore.

      Cons

      Heavy office politics. HR is inclined towards Sr. Management instead if being autonomous body. People management is least bothered. Sr. Management is biased and does not do a fair rewarding. Work-life balance is screwed-up totally and without genuine reward.
