      a family-friendly company - stable job with a lot of free time, not demanding at all

      Cons

      ambitious, dynamic people with a high standard - stay away the most incompetent 'developers' and 'managers' I have ever encountered very political on all levels - distrust, trash talking & backstabbing are common
