Business Outlook
Pros
- Good work environment, really nice coworkers - Workload is manageable, OK work/life balance - Great benefits, 30 PTO as a new employee (you get more starting your 3rd year in the company) + all of my requested PTOs were approved - Transparent decisions by upper management - Employees are offered shuttles to and from the office and certain pick up points
Cons
- The pay is not bad but it's not competitive - Promotions were a bit slow (Though it might be because I was there during the pandemic)
