There are many cross-dependencies between teams towards delivering the same component. Individual teams have almost no ownership into what they're developing, as they always need to seek help outside in order to deliver. Cross-team collaboration is very slow. Company hierarchy is old-fashioned and very cumbersome which slows down decision making. Also many people in the company are following a very outdated work style, and are not willing to modernize.
