Great Location and good company culture, good package overall if you want to have a family and you have lots of hobbies. If you want relax and lazy... Good company.
Cons
Very few career opportunities, for young people very bad idea, only senior people are promoted. Politics is a game you need to be ready to play if you want to feel good in the company. Everyone plays game against others to make themselves look good instead of focusing on the job delivery, it is very tiring.
