Do not go by best employer awards at all. This place is super toxic. People and management is not open to new people at senior positions. People who have stayed long in the organisation are treated like GOD irrespective of their knowledge level. Politics is ingrained at every level. They try their best not to integrate new joiners in the system. 80 percent or more people are just killing their time here. No one should ever have to work for such a clueless company with a shity culture.
