FMLA accommodation and leaves are frowned upon and hard to get approved from both the hourly AND salary side. Low morale in the sites. No confidentiality and unprofessional management. Double standards for management and no accountability. Employee relations process only supports management “the company”. Inconsistent policy applications and performance management.
