Pros

TRMS Young Vibe. Brand Name. Can grow to the next level within an year if get along well with the management and the performance is above average.

Cons

TRMS No Work Life Balance. New Managers are from call centers and on the older side thus Amazon has lost it highly energetic and innovative approach to deal with employees. Compensation is less as compared to other companies. 22-23 k per month for majoring of the L3 investigators. No social life, will be expected to work on weekends and night shifts (Friday Night,Saturday Night etc) or early morning shifts like logging in at 6 am on Sundays. Shift change after 3 months. Cab facility has changed from door to door to point pick up so be prepared to walk. Forget about discounts/gift card on Amazon.in . No special offers for the employees. Hourly targets/daily targets to meet.

Pros

Medical/ dental/ vision insurance, mental assistance, 401k, lawyer assistance, Career choice, VTO, PTO, vacation time

Cons

Most AMs have avoritism among employees. We get mandatory extra time (now is calling "voluntary" but you have to go when it is schedule) at the end of the year, what makes difficult for some of us when we have kids and they're really rigid about it.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
