Pros
It is good pay ($15/hr). That's the only pro.
Cons
There was absolutely no communication at our building. Managers didn't talk to each other and did their own thing, making it very difficult for associates to do their jobs. The HR "representative" refused to do her job. She constantly threatened to fire employees who complained about her. Management was difficult to work with. There was one particular manager there who was verbally abusive, disrespectful, threatening, and condescending to associates. He was put on probation, then they put him back as a manager, and he went right back to what he was doing. They would constantly change the process, causing our production to go down. Morale was very low and there was a lot of turnover. They fired hundreds of people in a "cost saving measure," but then they hired hundreds of more people at a higher rate. There was a manager and and a shift assistant who stole packages. They had been stealing packages for months before they were finally fired.
