Pros
- You will get a chance to work on complex problems. - Though most of the system owned out of Hyderabad are mature it's still great learning experience to understand how they work and add new features. - Compensation is good especially for outside hires.
Cons
- Hyderabad office lacks in diversity and most of people are localities who just want to settle down and not work too hard. They feel un-secure if others do good work so they try to put roadblocks & not share knowledge. - Politics and nepotism is wide spread, with most of higher management being localities they give preference to localities. - No good options for food. - Since attitude is laid back closing things across teams take time as everyone wants to avoid work and pace of development is slow.
